2022, a year in which popular Spain has again broken some record figures, certainly when it comes to the sale of (new-build) real estate to non-residents. Partly due to the enormous popularity and great interest, we at UNIQ Estates were once again able to successfully guide dozens of families in the search for their dream home/apartment in the always sunny Spain. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to all our customers for the trust they have placed in us. We look forward to the coming calendar year with you in good spirits. We would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a fantastic and especially warm 2023. May all your (Spanish real estate) dreams come true in the coming year!

2022: A (very) short look back.
Because 2022 has been even more important in the growth of UNIQ Estates than 2021, we would like to take a look back at the past calendar year. 2022 will of course always be the year for UNIQ Estates in which our manager Serge Claes was allowed to participate in the popular television program Huizenjagers Buitenland. After a successful edition, Serge managed to win the program and take home the coveted trophy. This trophy now has a nice place at our head office in Schoten. In addition, UNIQ Estates grew organically in 2022 from a five-man company to a company in which six fantastic people are employed. In the course of 2023, we expect an additional expansion of our team, as we want to continue to focus on the maximum service for all our customers, both before and after the purchase.

2022: Our offices temporarily closed between Christmas and New Year.
We would also like to inform you about the fact that our offices in Schoten and Torrevieja will be closed from December 26 to January 1, due to our annual closure between Christmas and New Year.

2023: We are also ready to guide you in your Spanish search next year!
